APPLICANT QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be of good conduct, with no criminal record, history of misconduct, or disciplinary actions; must not have been expelled from any educational institution due to behavioral issues or involvement in serious offenses.
- Must be in good physical and mental health, free from serious contagious diseases, disabilities, or any physical or mental conditions that would hinder academic performance.
APPLICATION DOCUMENTS
- The applicant must fill out the application form completely and affix a recent 1-inch full-face photograph without wearing a hat or sunglasses (taken within the last 6 months).
- A copy of the house registration and the applicant’s national ID card, certified as true copies.
- A certified copy of the academic transcript showing grades for the entire program (for upper secondary education or equivalent).
